Moneybagg Yo appeared to be unaware that a fight broke out in the front row of his headline performance at this weekend’s Fall of Fire Fest in South Carolina.
On Friday (November 18), a small brawl took place at the event at Colonial Life Arena in Columbia, which also featured performances from Yo Gotti’s CMG artists GloRilla, EST Gee and Big Boogie.
Video clips of the incident appear to reveal several women coming to blows with each other in the front row while the Memphis-bred rapper was engaging with another section of the crowd and performing “Wockesha,” from his 2021 Billboard 200 chart-topping album A Gangsta’s Pain.
Though the footage is fairly graphic, it appears multiple other concert-goers and event security staff were attempting to diffuse the fight while Moneybagg Yo continued with his performance. You can take a look at the incident below.

The CMG rapper isn’t the only artist to have his performance marred by a violent disturbance in the crowd this year. On one of the dates of Chris Brown and Lil Baby‘s One of Them Ones Tour, a brawl erupted after two men started fighting. One of the men involved in the tussle struck a female fan and left her lying unconscious on the floor.
A similar scene occurred during one of Lil Durk‘s 7220 Tour stops in Connecticut this past April. The “What Happened To Virgil,” rapper actually halted the show to stop some alleged domestic violence that was going on in the audience.
“I just seen the most craziest shit in the crowd man,” a baffled Durk told the audience in a video captured of the exchange. “I just seen a n-gga tryna fight a girl man. Slow down bro, you know? Where he at? Where he at who just tried to fight a girl man?” Durkio continued after he was able to locate the alleged assailant and make eye contact with him to drive his point home.
“Aye bro, why you tryna fight girls, bro?” Durk asked. “I should come over there and fuck you up. Yeah. We really like that for sure. I’d make your ass apologize right now. Deadass and you a hoe. You a hoe.”

Days before Moneybagg Yo’s Fall of Fire Fest performance, the Memphis rapper spoke to HipHopDX about new music and his work on his own brand of rolling papers at the release event for the Madison Square Gumbo strain at the Maywood, California, branch of Berner’s Cookies dispensary. Gumbo Brands is the Black-owned cannabis company Moneybagg Yo has partnered with.
“It’s crazy vibes right now, I don’t really wanna speak on it roo much right now, we gonna get to that later,” Monebagg Yo said after being asked about his upcoming releases. “The music is, what it is. They know I got that so they know I’m coming.”
He continued: “But it’s all about Gumbo right now. Actually, we putting together my own paper, I’m gonna come out with my own paper. You know what I’m saying? And we’re gonna do the leaf too. So that’s coming too.”
Along with their partnership with Moneybagg Yo, Gumbo Brands, founded by Karim Butler and Alexis Major, has been publicly co-signed by artists such as Meek Mill, Dave East, Fabolous and more.
