Meek Mill has responded after Kanye West dissed him on Clubhouse.
The increasingly controversial Chicago rapper partnered with Clubhouse regular Wack 100 to host an impromptu QA on the social media platform over the weekend, where he charged fans $20 to tune in.
During the roughly 50-minute conversation, Ye once again addressed the backlash to his “White Lives Matter” shirt and suggested the powers that be had rounded up a number of celebrities to call him out over the controversial garment.
The idea that Meek, who has been an outspoken Kanye critic in recent years, was among the group of stars asked to keep him in check was apparently hilarious to the G.O.O.D. Music founder.
“I go and put ‘White Lives Matter’ on a T-shirt and they’re like, ‘Oh, you know what? Let’s go get celebrities. Let’s go get Puff Daddy, let’s get Dave Chappelle, let’s go get Meek Mill.’ What made somebody think Meek Mills could say something to me?!” Kanye said before laughing uncontrollably.
“No, this is the funniest thing of everything. Yo man, I’m about to start crying laughing. Somebody thought Meek Mills… sorry. No, I’m sorry. I’m not even gonna get to my joke.”
Even after Wack 100 reminded him that Meek is a “gangsta,” Yeezy struggled to contain his amusement. “Naww, I’m literally in tears,” he continued before eventually regaining his composure. “OK, hold on… Whew… OK, that was not my joke but somehow that part was really funny to me.”

The Clubhouse session was eventually shut down after Kanye West made yet more problematic comments, at one point suggesting Jewish people are used as “middlemen” by the Chinese to “control” Black people.
“We took action to shut down a conversation yesterday because it violated our policies,” Clubhouse said in a statement. “We also suspended those who violated the policies. There’s absolutely no place for bullying, hate speech or abuse on our platform as explicitly stated in our Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.”
After catching wind of Kanye’s disparaging comments, Meek Mill fired back at the former billionaire on Twitter on Sunday (December 11), claiming he still has his family, respect and mental health in tact — unlike Mr. West.
“Never lost my mind for fame or money … I still have my family …my people respect me,” he wrote. “I’m freeing people from prison… I’m doing community service all month with children up close and personal .. I’m chilling wit my son and his friends today.. y’all on clubhouse at 50 lol.”
In another tweet, he added: “I mean 50 on clubhouse drawing and not doing any positive wit ya following at that age is hittttt… you can be old or young on clubhouse it’s a place to connect!”

Meek Mill has made no secret of his disapproval of Kanye West’s recent antics. Shortly after Ye debuted his aforementioned “White Lives Matter” shirt at his Yeezy Season 9 show in Paris, Meek accused the rap mogul of being anti-Black in a scathing Instagram Story.
“I used to listen to ye every night and jail for motivation on god! and came home and watched him shit on my name and brand like nothing,” he wrote next to a clip of Kanye seemingly dissing Meek for advocating for prison reform yet rapping about “things that could get you locked up.”
“I ain’t say nothing … but I been knew you was on that nerd tryna shit on street N-ggas you just said it to boosie… it hurts my heart to even know some of y’all this crazy and lame … ion need no verses from no n-ggas because I been hot since 13 @justinlaboy don’t invite me to none of them weird ass parties wit bro.”
Did Meek Mill Deny Kanye West’s Kim Kardashian Affair Accusation?
He added: “Speaking from a n-gga that been buying support ye since he came out .. but what you be doing for fame driving you crazy … look how hard you came at me n-ggas know I’m vocal it’s like you hate your own people… you ain’t even post @vory album after all that work he did for you and he look up to you … you made sure you said jack Harlow was the hottest in Kentucky overlooked est and vory.”
Meek doubled down on the Kanye criticism on his recent “God Did” freestyle — from his Flamerz 5 mixtape — accusing the embattled rap icon of selling out.
“I will never sell my soul for money like I’m Kanye / It’s crazy I used to bring you on my cell house on lock day / Famous bitches got my idols lookin’ at me sideways / I don’t need no verses from you niggas, I did it my way,” he rapped.
