Drake retaliated with the scathing “Duppy’s Freestyle” and Pusha fired back with another fiery diss, “The Story Of Adidon.”

West tried to dead the beef on Twitter and it’s seemingly cooled off for now.

West’s follow-up to 2016’s The Life Of Pablo, ye, was released on June 1 following a listening party in Jackson Hole, Wyoming.

Kanye West Shares New Nas Album Tracklist

Los Angeles, CA – Despite the initial revelation, there hasn’t been much new information of the upcoming Kanye West-produced Nas album.

That is, until now.

As Kids See Ghosts currently burns up the Billboard 200, Kanye took to the dry erase planning and shared the seven-song tracklist which included the song titles: “Everything,” “Bonjour,” “Not For Radio,” “Adam Eve,” “Simple Things,” “Cops” and “I Can Explain.”

Earlier in the week, Mr. West also tweeted out his elation for working on Nas’ upcoming twelfth studio album — his first in nearly six years.

“Just wanted to say I’m up in the morning working on the Nas album and I’m so humbled by all the love we’re getting on these albums,” he said. “We’re still the kids we used to be. We’re here creating in real time just having fun. I hear the albums blasting out of the cars when I walk down the street. Kids come up to me and tell me their favorite songs. We’re experimenting with new sounds structures and ideas.”

“We’re trying new ideas without the fear of not being perfect… It’s just a gut feeling sometimes… just making stuff with your friends…”

Check back into HipHopDX on the morning of June 15 to stream Nas’ new album with the rest of the world.

Black Thought Raps Recap Of "Jurassic Park" Series

Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, the fifth installment of the Jurassic Park film series, is scheduled to hit theaters on June 22. To help get fans back up to speed, Black Thought provided a succinct recap of the series on Monday night (June 11) during The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.

“Let’s start with the first film, I’ll tell you what I know/ Hammond is the man demanding bringing back dinos,” he raps, flashing back to the 1993 original blockbuster film. “There are raptors in the kitchen, but I don’t wanna spoil it/ Just know the lawyer gets eaten on the toilet.”

He then hops through the other four films, even referencing Fallon’s cameo in the Jurassic World film.

“The boys jump in a gyrosphere, and their chances are flimsy/ Even though they watched the safety video with Jimmy.”

Fans of the show know that Black Thought often provides lyrical recaps, such as his end-of-season Game Of Thrones raps or his Olympics wrap-up. But when he’s not busy with The Tonight Show, he’s creating acclaimed projects such as the Streams Of Thought Vol. 1 EP with 9th Wonder.
