Cardi B Declares War On Nicki Minaj Following NYC Brawl

New York, NY – Cardi B had an eventful Friday night (September 7) at a Harper’s Bazaar party during New York Fashion Week.

The record-smashing rapper was involved in an altercation with Nicki Minaj’s friend Rah Ali, who co-starred with Cardi on Season 6 of Love Hip Hop: New York. 

In the early morning hours of Saturday (September 8), Cardi took her grievances to Instagram and aired out her beef with the self-proclaimed Queen of Rap.

“I’ve let a lot shit slide!” she begins. “I let you sneak diss me, I let you lie on me, I let you attempt to stop my bags, fuck up the way I eat! You’ve threaten other artists in the industry, told them if they work with me you’ll stop fuckin with them!! I let you talk big shit about me!! I addressed you once in person, I addressed you a second time in person, and every time you copped the plea!!

“But when you mention my child, you choose to like comments about me as a mother, make comments about my abilities to take care of my daughter is when all bets are fuckin off!! I’ve worked to hard and come too far to let anybody fuck with my success!!!!”

She concluded by calling out Nicki for being nothing more than a studio gangster.

“Bitches talk all that shit in they raps but in real life they pussy!! This shit really is for entertainment!!”

In a video obtained by TMZ, it’s difficult to make sense of the melee but Cardi can be heard yelling in her thick New York accent, “Bitch, come here. Bitch, come here” as security jumps in to action.

She continues with, “Keep fuckin’ playin’ with me bitch, keep fuckin’ playin’. I’ll fuck your ass up” as she chucks one of her shoes at the intended target.

Ariana Grande Reportedly "Devastated" Over Mac Miller’s Death

While all sane individuals can comprehend that Ariana Grande had nothing to do with Mac Miller’s sudden passing, the pop superstar, who was in a two-year relationship with the late rap star, is reportedly still taking the tragic news pretty hard.

According to a well-placed Entertainment Tonight source, Grande, 25, is simply “devastated” by the whirlwind of it all.

Following the split, a clear fork in life travels was made; with Grande going on to get engaged to SNL‘s Pete Davidson and releasing a Billboard No. 1 album while a spiraling Miller infamously wrecked his vehicle in Hollywood and was cited for a DUI and hit-and-run before dying at the age of 26 yesterday, (September 7) from an apparent drug overdose.

J. Cole Reiterates "KOD" Motto In Wake Of Mac Miller’s Death

The music world is still in shock after learning Mac Miller has overdosed at the age of 26.

As the news continues to spread like wildfire across social media platforms, J. Cole has taken the opportunity to drive home some of the points he made on his most recent album, KOD, which HipHopDX called “one of the most important rap albums ever.”

“This is a message for anybody in this game that’s going through something,” he tweeted on Friday (September 7). “If you don’t feel right, if you feel you have a substance problem, if you need a ear to vent to. If you uncomfortable talking to people around you. Please reach out to me.”

According to Cole, KOD is an acronym for Kids On Drugs, King Overdose or Kill Our Demons.

Addiction was the primary concept for the 12-track album. It’s something the Dreamville mastermind dealt with growing up as a son of an alcoholic mother.

Clearly, Miller’s death hit close to home and Cole felt it was necessary to provide another chance to broach the subject.

Cole is one of many artists who have expressed their condolences on social media.

Tekashi 6ix9ine’s Florida Concert Cancelled After "Angry" Student Protest

Orange County, FL – Tekashi 6ix9ine’s concert at the University of South Florida has been cancelled by the show’s promotor.

The polarizing Brooklyn rapper was expected to perform at the school’s CFE Arena on September 22 but several students were outraged a convicted felon would be allowed on campus.

Subsequently, student Noemi Teutsch launched a petition calling for the school’s officials to cancel the show.

Evidently, it worked. The CFE Arena announced the news via Twitter on Friday (September 7).

“The Back To School Bash featuring Tekashi 6ix9ine originally scheduled for September 22 at CFE Arena, has been canceled by the show promoter,” the statement read. “Refunds for the show will be available at the original point of purchase.

6ix9ine pleaded guilty to using a child in a sexual performance in 2015. Last month, the Manhattan’s District Attorney’s Office recommended 6ix9ine register as a sex offender.

He’s due back in court on October 2 and faces one to three years in prison.

Several students at the University of Central Florida are calling for Tekashi 6ix9ine’s upcoming concert to be cancelled.

According to WFTV 9, student Noemi Teutsch is infuriated by the school’s decision to rent their venue to an outside promotor who booked the polarizing rapper for a performance on September 22.

Teutsch says several of her fellow students are “outraged” that he would even be allowed to set foot on their campus. Subsequently, she’s started a petition asking UCF to cancel the show.

“Universities are supposed to be upholding certain moral standards and certain values,” Teutsch told WFTV 9. “I just can’t believe someone like this would be considered on a university campus to perform.”

In 2015, 6ix9ine pleaded guilty to using a child in a sexual performance after he recruited a 13-year-girl for an explicit video he posted on social media.

In a statement from UCF officials said, “Outside performers can rent the space. However, that does not mean that the university endorses them. At all times, the safety of our campus is our top priority.”

Teutsch doesn’t see it that way.

“As far as I’m concerned, they are endorsing, and they are condoning his behavior because they’re allowing him to come on campus to perform,” she said. “I honestly think it’s ridiculous. It makes no sense whatsoever. Because at some point, you have to draw the line somewhere.”

As of publication, the Change.Org petition has over 5,500 signatures. She hopes the school will decide to cancel 6ix9ine’s show before they’re forced to start a protest.
