Rick Ross & Future Debut "Green Gucci Suit" Video At 2018 BET Awards Show After-Party

Following the 2018 BET Awards ceremony, Rick Ross headed over to the after-party, where he unveiled his new video for “Green Gucci Suit.”

Directed by Ryan Snyder, the visual begins with The Boss lying on a hospital gurney being rushed down a hall by two scantily-clad nurses. From there, it’s all about money, jewelry and women as they flaunt their luxurious lifestyle.

According to Ross, his next album, Port Of Miami 2: Born To Kill, is coming “soon.”

Aside from his appearance on the Superfly soundtrack, Rick Ross’ musical output has been minimal since his hospitalization in March. With that behind him, The Boss is back with more new material, this time in the form of “Gucci Green Suit” featuring Future.

Taken from Ross’ upcoming album, Port Of Miami 2: Born To Kill, the track follows “Florida Boy,” which featured fellow Florida natives T-Pain and Kodak Black.

So far, no official release date for Port Of Miami 2 has been announced but in an interview with Us Magazine last month, Ross said it’s nearing completion.

“I am putting the final touches on my new album called the Port of Miami 2,” he said.

Snoop Dogg Celebrates 25th Anniversary Of "Doggystyle" With 2018 BET Awards Performance

Los Angeles, CA – The 2018 BET Awards ended with a full-fledged tribute to the inimitable Snoop Dogg on Sunday (June 24) in Los Angeles.

Beginning with a nod to the 25th anniversary of Tha Doggfather’s debut album, 1993’s Doggystyle, Snoop ran through a medley of a few of his hits, including “Who Am I (What’s My Name?)” and Dr. Dre’s “The Next Episode.”

The O.G. Long Beach rapper sealed up his tribute by flexing his versatility with songs from his gospel album, Bible Of Love.

Dressed in a pulpit robe, the D-O-Double-G commanded the mic like a proper preacher would. In the background, choir singers donned in black sang along as Snoop gave it up to his heavenly father.

Finally, host Jamie Foxx took over vocal duties and brought the show to a close with, “Give it up to my friend, Snoop D-O-Double-G.”

DubXX Recalls His Vomit-Inducing Night Out With Diddy & Machine Gun Kelly

Hollywood, CA – From the time Diddy first emerged on the scene as a young executive at Uptown Records, he has always been known as one of the original drink champs. It’s not just for his ability to put it down, but also for his reputation of being able to pop bottles into the wee hours of the night and still be working the next morning. Most aren’t as capable as him though.

Cleveland rhymer DubXX recently stopped by #DXLive to talk about his wavy new project Tsunami and recalled a night when he pre-gamed a little too hard before partying with Diddy.

“[Puff] had a party in Atlanta I believe,” DubXX said. “We were on tour. We were kickin’ it after one of [Machine Gun Kelly’s] shows. Me and Kells were in the back of the truck and it was D-Roc, it was Puff and it was the driver in the back of a Suburban. We’d already been drinking these frozen Ciroc joints. So fast forward, we went to another spot. We’re in the back of the truck super wasted, trippin’ like ‘This D-Roc. This B.I.G.’s homie.’ We hop out the truck to meet up with everybody else, and I’m just super drunk, but I’m trying to hold it down ‘cause we’re around some real ones right now.”

But holding it together proved difficult.

“They got security and everything, so while they’re still getting everybody together, I hurry off by this elevator on this upper level we were at and I threw up,” he revealed. “I had to make myself [throw up] ‘cause I wasn’t gonna be able to move anywhere with this feeling of having to throw up. If I throw up in front of them, it’s all bad. I threw up on the upper level, and I go back and meet up with them. We’re walking down the steps and we walked right by the throw-up.”

Naturally, DubXX was worried the night would involve a lot more drinking. But despite heading into a club where liquor was presumably about to start flowing, the crew never made it past the kitchen.

“So then we go into the club, we’re going through the back entrance through the kitchen part,” he recalled. “They just got shrimp and chicken and everybody’s eating and just the smell of food made me wanna go crazy. I thought we was going in the club. We didn’t actually go in the club, they just ate all the food and left.”

Before the night was over, he had one last caper to pull off.

“We pull up to this hotel I get a head start I go to the bathroom, it’s all the way down the hall as soon as I get in there I throw up again!” he said. “Nobody saw me, so it was all good.”

Fabolous Labels Instagram Vixen "Public Figure Hoe" Following DM Diss

Following Fabolous’ arrest for domestic violence, he was spotted at Coachella with longtime girlfriend and alleged victim Emily B in April. But the Friday On Elm Street rapper isn’t necessarily acting like a man in a committed relationship.

Earlier this week, Instagram personality Fiorella Zelaya exposed a DM Fab sent to her. In the message, Fab asks her, “You don’t stay in NY, do you?” She responds with, “Nah i’m good love, enjoy.”

On Thursday (June 21), Fab took to Instagram to subtly respond to the perceived diss and suggests Zelaya is simply looking fame.

“telling @royceda59 i gotta beware of public figure hoes who think they’re 1 clout chase away from being Kim Kardashian.”

The photo with Royce Da 5’9 comes from a video shoot for Nickel Nine’s Book Of Ryan track “Summer On Lock,” which features Pusha T, Jadakiss, Fab and Agent Sasco.

“Happy Father’s Day @myfabolouslife! Thank you for being such an amazing father to our children! We love you #papi.”

Why Ace Hood Isn’t Releasing His Latest Collaborations With Lil Wayne

Hollywood, CA – When Ace Hood came out with hits such as “Bugatti” and “Undefeated,” healthy living was hardly the crux of his lyrical thesis. The Florida-based rapper is adulting more and more these days, and his music has evolved accordingly. But prior to getting on a healthier path, Ace hit the studio with Lil Wayne.

A-list collabs like Weezy would usually come out as soon as they can be uploaded to SoundCloud. And with Wayne’s recent legal victory against Cash Money Records and Ace’s new album Trust The Process II having just dropped, it would seem like the perfect time to let the public hear it. But as Ace told the #DXLive crew, the songs are no longer conducive to his status quo.

“That’s my boy for life,” he said. “Me and Wayne got records too that I haven’t put out yet. I got tracks sitting. I got a record with Wayne that I haven’t put out yet. The truth is the content is different from the path that I’m on, but it’s a great record … I’d rather do something fresh.”

Ace is living by the “Trust The Process” motto that was made famous by Philadelphia 76ers center Joel Embiid and has served as the title of his last two projects. As he tells it, Wayne’s situation serves as a further reinforcement of the credo.

“That’s another example of trusting the process,” he said of Weezy’s split from Cash Money. “You gotta trust it even when the situation is blurry or hazy sometimes it’s important to just create space for yourself and settle yourself as much as possible. He’s the GOAT to me, so to see him out of his contract is a blessing.”

The 30-year-old Ace still hits the club from time to time, but he has also taken on holistic living. It’s a lifestyle choice he says was inspired by the loss of a loved one and the hope that his own children won’t know the feeling of loss at his expense.

“What made me want a lifestyle change — I lost my grandmother to lung cancer, and to me, she was one of the examples of why I want a long life,” he explained. “My mom right now takes 10-11 different bottles of [medicine] every day, and I feel like the body can heal itself if you take care of it. I believe in nurturing my body and nurturing my mind for it to be its best self. I wanna run with my children and be the guy that’s 90 years old still doing pushups. To me, it’s all balance so I’m not completely out of the water. It’s just everything in moderation for me. If I am gonna drink, what’s the healthiest way to drink?”
