During a visit to Kevin Durant’s The ETCs Podcast, Roddy Ricch spoke about this new generation of artists having a special bond while carving their own lanes to success. Roddy said he questioned how the Grammys would snub Lil Uzi Vert and Lil Baby when they’re two of the most popular rappers in the game today.

“I feel like it’s more for sure more a collaboration because we run into each other more,” Roddy Ricch told KD when asked what the vibe was like between all the younger rappers. “But I feel like everybody got their own lane, everybody got their thing they do, you know what I’m saying? Uzi is like, like when I was talking to the Grammy’s ‘Y’all aint nominate Uzi for [Best Rap Album],’ I was tripping on them.
